Our Values

1. Intimacy with God

God wants us to know Him, not just know about Him. And just as it is with any significant relationship in our life, in order to know God in an intimate way we have to regularly spend one-on-one time with Him. This happens as we commit part of each day to praying and reading the Bible.

2. Living Free

We’ve all got issues - it’s just part of being human. But the amazing thing about knowing Jesus is that we don’t have to wait until we get to heaven to find freedom from those things that ruin life on earth. God wants us to experience new life here and now. And that life starts with learning to break free from those addictions, lies, wounds and regrets that keep us messed up on the inside so they will stop causing damage on the outside.

3. Healthy Family Life

God’s heart is for marriages and families to thrive because He knows how blessed we’ll be when they do, and how much pain and brokenness plague people’s lives when they don’t. Therefore if you are married and/or have children, God desires that they be your highest priority next to your relationship with Him.

4. Sabbath Rest

In a world where it’s constantly go, go, go, we need to learn how to rest. And by taking a weekly Sabbath, not only are we getting a needed break from work in order to relax, worship and enjoy our families, but we're also learning to trust God (rather than ourselves) as the ultimate provider of our needs.

5. Extreme Generosity

Jesus was extreme when it came to giving, and he asks us to be the same. In a world where people tend to look out first and foremost for themselves and hold onto whatever they have with tight fists, God asks His followers to be open handed and generous with others.

6. Living on Mission

If you know Jesus and you’re still here on this earth, there’s a reason. Jesus wants you to be on mission with him – helping others in this world know the grace, hope, forgiveness and life-transforming love of God. There truly is no greater purpose for any of us than that.
