I'm New
Our Steps
1. Come and See Jesus
At I-90 we’re inviting our friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, classmates – anyone God brings across our path in our everyday lives – to come and see Jesus. We have no intention of putting anyone on the spot, debating religion or beating you over the head with big, heavy Bibles. We simply believe that when you come to I-90 and listen to the music, hear the message and interact with our community of genuine people who are all still “in process,” you’re going to see Jesus. And that’s where the journey begins.
2. Connect with Others on the Journey
Spiritual growth simply won’t occur in complete isolation. We need each other’s friendship, encouragement and accountability to continue to take next steps on our spiritual journey. So once you’ve come and seen Jesus, our hope is you’ll connect with others who are on this same journey as you. These connections can happen on Sunday mornings and at our various connection events throughout the year, but the best place for significant relationships to be born at I-90 is through our groups.
3. Go and Serve the World
We believe the aim of spiritual growth is becoming like Jesus – in fact, when Jesus invited people to follow him he was actually challenging them to live like him. And at the heart of becoming like Jesus is becoming a servant. Jesus came to serve, and therefore his followers must live lives of service as well. At I-90 we serve one another through our teams and we serve the world through our "GO Teams" in the local community and through our "serve the world" projects in other nations.
