We ask questions every day about the choices we face. But are we asking the most important question of all? The Bible tells us there’s one question that makes it easy to determine the answer to all other questions and therefore bring clarity to life’s most challenging decisions.
Mister Wise Guy
What’s the wise thing to do? It’s the question that changes everything. But where does wisdom come from? Above My Paygrade
There’s two realities when it comes to wisdom that every person must grapple with – it doesn’t come to us naturally, and we pay the price when we live without it. That’s why there has to be something in our lives beyond our natural selves to help us live wisely, especially when no one else is around to help.
If there’s one thing we have to learn to handle wisely it is our time, both for the sake of our journey on earth and for our ultimate destination in eternity. But what’s the secret to actually using our time wisely? The truth is we already know it; the question is are we willing to accept it and live accordingly?
Next to what we do with our time, the most important area of life we probably need to exercise wisdom with is what we do with our mouths. But what does wisdom tell us when it comes to what we tell others?
